Q: My primary coverage is Medicare, do I qualify for your Program?
A: Type I and Type 2 patients with most insurance coverage and Medicare Part B qualify for B&H Medical program. Also you must be testing at least once a day seven days a week. Medicare provides coverage for your test strips, lancets, control solution and new meter (you may also qualify for a free meter) Click Here for that information.

Q: How often will you ship my Diabete Supplies?
A: When you enroll in the B&H Medical Diabetic program, we will ship you your supplies based on your insurance coverage and benefits.

Q: How do you ship my Diabetic Supplies?
A: B&H Medical uses United States Postal Services (USPS), allowing us to track every package we ship.

Q: Do I need to call to reorder my Diabetic Supplies
A: No, calling is not needed. Unless you have a change in your Physician, Prescription, Address or Insurance or you are running low on your supplies. FOR MEDICARE PATIENTS - Due to Medicare regulations, we will contact you one week prior to your next due date to confirm your supply needs.

Q: Is Insulin covered
A: Insulin is a covered benefit under Medicare Part D.

Q: I do not use Insulin. Is there a difference in the amount of supplies I get if I did use Insulin?
A: If you use Insulin you may get up to 100 test strips & lancets every Month, and 1 lancet device every 6 months or unless a physician request you to test more then the allowable. If you do not use Insulin you may get 100 test strips & lancets every 3 months and 1 Lancet device every 6 months.
